Question Refund Policy

Purchases of sale or discounted items are final; no returns are accepted unless the items are faulty and this was not obvious prior to purchase. If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 5 days, with a complete of receipt for exchange or a refund. If you are returning the items after 14 days has passed, we may option to repair or replace them before offering a refund.

Question Shipping Policy

We only accept online orders from Indonesia. We use JNE for all domestic deliveries. Rates are calculated according to the buyer’s location. Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing, verification and delivery.

We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery cannot be altered at any time. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Any claims must be made between the buyer and carrier. Orders cannot be cancelled and we can only process orders as they are received. We cannot combine shipping on orders to the same address.

    Free shipping within Indonesia for any purchase above IDR 500,000. No hidden cost.

Item must be returned within 5 days after receival of products in brand new condition, clean, unworn, with all tags & security seal/original box in place. Exchange can be applied for the same item, referring to original order while stock last. Customers are responsible for item condition & shipments costs.We may reject your return request if the item does not meet our return / exchange policy.
